After the Hero's disappearance, the child begins his journey to become the new Hero.

Welcome to the world of "Evernight Tale," where mystical creatures and forgotten places await you! Immerse yourself in an exciting 2D platform adventure where the story is just as important as the gameplay.

Once, the villages were protected by a brave hero whose strength and courage brought happiness and peace to the settlements. The hero was considered invincible, but one fateful day, he encountered a powerful witch. In the battle against her, he fell. The witch cursed not only the hero—whose identity has since remained unknown—but also the inhabitants. As a result of the curse, the world was plunged into darkness, and animalistic traits began to appear in people, gradually losing their humanity until they completely transformed into bloodthirsty beasts, threatening their still sane companions.

Our protagonist is a child who refuses to sit idly by. Determined to break the curse and restore humanity, the child sets out to find the evil witch. Throughout the journey, numerous obstacles must be overcome, and many people must be spoken to in order to learn the hero's story and the reason for his downfall.

The game came to life through collaboration. Storytelling, visual design, UI, and character animations were crafted by Nikolett Mátrai.
